Casing and Cementing

This course provides a solid foundation in the ideas and methods of designing, planning, and carrying out effective casing and cement projects. The training provides a process-based approach, taking participants through initial casing depth and size selection, casing and liner design processes, casing running techniques, and primary cementing planning and execution to corrective cementing and plugs. In addition to the essential technical material and methods, the course includes extensive practical, experience-based content. Participants will get "Casing and Liners for Drilling and Completion," as well as tools to help with basic calculations.
